The Approach
This course takes a fresh, systemic approach to business transformation by rooting Impact business models in ethics and regeneration. Instead of treating sustainability as an add-on, participants explore how ethical principles, stakeholder perspectives, and nature’s logic can shape the very design of a business. By integrating frameworks like the Triple Bottom Line, Doughnut Economics, and Regenerative Economy (Regenerative Wirtschaft), the course invites participants to reflect on how businesses can serve both people and planet — not just profit. The combination of solid theoretical grounding, hands-on tools like stakeholder mapping and ethical dilemmas, and relatable real-world cases (from Patagonia to ViCafe) makes the experience both deep and practical.
What sets this course apart is its balance between personal insight and strategic application. Participants don’t just learn about Impact Business Models — they work on their own. Between sessions, they apply concepts to their project or company, shaping a Theory of Change or mapping out impact strategies using the B Lab framework. With peer feedback, inspiring examples, and a focus on courageous business design, this program creates space for leaders to prototype regenerative futures while staying grounded in feasible, real-world pathways. It’s not just about doing less harm — it’s about designing for more good.
