Experiential Learning on Systemic Issues
- Understanding interconnected complexities of climate, biodiversity, or circularity for effective decision and action in your own area -

Two focus areas
1. Experiential Systems Learning
2. Circularity, Climate & Biodiversity Training for Non-Experts
What it is
Hands-on learning and facilitation formats that help people understand how climate change, biodiversity loss, and sustainability challenges affect business systems — and how everyday business decisions contribute to both problems and solutions.
This category is designed for non-sustainability professionals who need clarity and relevance without becoming experts, and for sustainability professionals and experts who want to find a way to communicate more effectively about sustainability, climate, and biodiversity with their stakeholders, turning complex systems and problems into more easily understandable topics.
Systems Intelligence and Inner Leadership in a Business Context
- Systems insight. Inner clarity. Better decisions. -

Single workshops or longer programs
What it is
An experiential leadership development that integrates systems intelligence with inner leadership capacity to strengthen judgement and responsibility in business environments shaped by complexity and volatility.
Participants develop familiarity with systemic issues at a level that enables them to navigate volatility from a balanced position, maintaining clarity without turning away from disruption and risk, and improving relationships with teams and peers. It combines cognitive understanding with inner skills that support mature responses and leveraged action.
The work develops inner stability, ethical clarity, and relational maturity, enabling leaders to navigate uncertainty with coherence and courage.
*Uses the Inner Development Guide and is delivered by IDG Ambassadors
B Corp Consultant & BIA Services

Two relationship approaches:
1. Advisory and coaching of internal resources
2. Hands-on update and team supervision during project duration
What it is
Support to businesses through their B Impact Assessment (BIA) journey and, when desired, through the full B Corp certification process under the new B Corp Standards.
This service helps organisations use the BIA not only as an assessment tool, but as a structured pathway for improving business practices, strengthening governance, and embedding social and environmental responsibility into everyday decisions.
The certification step is the customer's decision.
Our focus is on credible progress, decision quality, and the integration of long-term impact.
When combined with a certification pathway, readiness, strategic impact alignment, and long-term capability-building frame our work so that certification is not a one-off tick-box exercise but a transformative, systemic change process.
*B Corp™️ certification, administered by B Lab, follows a third-party verification confirming that a company meets high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency across its whole business under the concept of "Business as a Force for Good" and in accordance with applicable European and global standards

What it is
The Impact-in-Practice™: the 90-Day Business Decision System helps SMEs regain focus, navigate real trade-offs, and turn impact into concrete business actions within 90 days.
It is delivered through a card-based (physical or online) decision-making and learning system that enables teams to design responsible business roadmaps, rooted in strategic and systemic thinking, grounded in their real context, and delivered pragmatically, without being trapped in endless discussions or consultancy rabbit holes.
Responsible profits, climate change, risks & opportunities, biodiversity, the circular economy, social inclusion, fair value distribution, and responsible governance are not treated as separate topics but as design lenses applied directly to business decision-making.
Ecosystem & Showcasing Events

Showcasing Possibility.
Your project on Stage!
What it is
AdvantiKA’s space for making credible regenerative practices visible, tangible, and connected.
Through the Regenerative Living Zürich event series and related curated workshops and partnerships, this category brings together businesses, practitioners, organisations, and communities that are actively working on regenerative approaches to business, economic systems, nature-based solutions, and social transformation.
These events are not conferences or promotional stages. They are curated environments for shared learning, dialogue, and collaboration, designed to highlight real-world practices, tested solutions, and honest progress — including challenges and trade-offs.
The goal is to:
-
inspire new business models,
-
create visibility for credible regenerative work,
-
strengthen connections across sectors and disciplines,
-
and support learning through real examples rather than theory.
This category exists to support the ecosystem in which AdvantiKA’s other work operates — building trust, legitimacy, and momentum beyond individual organisations or projects.
