Karime will lead the Being & mindfulness practices,  Thinking and Acting exercises and IDG's presentations. She is also coordinating the overall event.

    • 1st exercise on Relating Skills

    • Combined Ontologic Meditation with the "Meet your self at 90" practice from the IDG Tool kit

    • Openness & Learning Mindset

    • Self Awareness
