IDG in Leadership helps build the resilience needed to implement more sustainable systems and to act more effectively in leading forward the SDGs - Sustainable Development Goals and sustainable and regenerative businesses, projects or communities.
Karime will lead the Being, Thinking and Collaborating dimensions, including mindfulness practices, Polarity Lens and dialectical thinking exercises. She will also present about the IDG's movement. Karime coordinates the overall event.

We are honoured to have Annabelle Ehmann from Empathie Stadt Zürich gifting us with a workshop within the Relating dimension of the IDG. She will hold an introduction to the magic of Empathetic Communication and to effective solutions for Conflict Management. Annabelle is an experienced practitioner and trainer in Nonviolent Communication, developed by Marshall Rosenberg, about how to connect in conflict. You will also have the chance to explore it with your own examples from work, politics or home.

You may think IDG can only be used at a more personal level. Kārlis will reveal to us the practical usage of IDG in the workplace with examples of real practices experienced within companies. His speciality is in the skill of Connectedness with Nature, where we learn from nature to solve humanity's current problems.
Karlis will lead the Relating Practices and the Experiences in Nature.

It means that we, the moderators and organisers, are not making money out of the retreats.
Despite AdvantiKA GmbH, the host of the IDG Swiss Business Hub being a for-profit sustainability consultancy, the IDG retreat and many of the offered workshops are provided at their cost level. No added margin is included.
What do you pay for?
You pay for the costs, including:
